I create a rather large report 170+ pages using 8.13, when I SaveToFile it is 17.3 megs. If I open this file in acrobat and saveToFile it shrinks to about 355k. How can I get this smaller file size from quickPDF? I have tried  CompressFonts(1), CompressImages(1), and CompressContent(), and they did not make a significant size difference? I can provide sample if desired.

Hi Bill!

The Compress-functions often don't have much effect. If the fonts are not embedded and if the images are jpg (already compressed) ... the compress results are rather less.
Try to change your creation process. Try ClonePages. If it's possible to use for you this would have much more effect.

Cheers, Ingo

Looking at the code again with clone in mind, I noticed a added the header picture every time I drew it.

            QP2.AddImageFromFile(L"BCBSM_BCN.jpg",0);
            QP2.DrawImage(13,13,150,53.75);  //  topleft, topright, width, height

I removed the add image from all accept the first, and now my file size is 1.88 meg which works. I never thought about the image buffer already holding the previously added image. Thanks for help.
