Hi,

with QuickPDF you can extract text with the string coordinations in addition.
With the drawing functionalities you can post strings on determined positions on a page.
So for example you can extract the content from a page looking for a string "house", having the coordinates you can position on the same place "XXXXX" in red color.
This comes to the things you wanna do very near i think.
