Hi guys,

Does Quick Pdf support dynamic form, like flowable table that extends as it's getting fed with data? Thanks in advance.

Hi!

You can read in the content (for example) from an external database,
creating a new pdf-document,
building a table with formfields depending on the database-content.
Yes... That's possible.

Cheers and welcome here,
Ingo

Hi Ingo,

Thanks for your reply. I understand that QuickPdf can read from and write to a database table out of or into a STATIC pdf form. But does it support XFA dynamic forms where the pdf table row count increases or decreases with the data populating the pdf form? Thanks in advance.

Hi!

QuickPDF will support these technics more and more but
it's still only a partly support.
Have a look in the reference guide at the XFA-functions
so you'll get an idea what's already possible and what not.

Cheers, Ingo

Quick PDF doesn't support dynamic XFA forms.  This is a very complex function and the are very few PDF libraries that support XFA forms properly.

Andrew.
