QuickPDF Service failure

Using Windows 2008 Small Business Server.

Getting error:
Product: JOBPOWER -- Error 1920. Service 'Quick PDF Library TCP/IP Service 7.15' (QuickPDFTCPService0715) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Have confirmed that the user has priviledges to start/stop services thinking its something on the QuickPDF side that is causing it to fail to start.

Tried:
1) Running as Administrator
2) Changing the LogOn for the service and then start manually from the Control Panel > Services App
3) Installing manually via command prompt QuickPDFTCP0715.exe /install it gets installed without error. When I try to run Net start QuickPDFTCPService0715 get error

D:\QuickPDF>net start QuickPDFTCPService0715
The Quick PDF Library TCP/IP Service 7.15 service is starting.
The Quick PDF Library TCP/IP Service 7.15 service could not be started.
The service did not report an error.

Need help in troubleshooting .. have confirmed it works on Vista 64 and Windows 7 64-bit. Problem seems to be Windows 2008.

	Hi softwaredev! Only an idea... You should disable the data execution prevention (DEP) totally (for testing) or for the process using the dll. Cheers Ingo
