Currently, the render function supports a single DPI parameter, meaning that if I specify 200, I get a 200x200 DPI output (which works fine), but what if I want 203x196 (standard fax resolution)? Is there any way to specify a non-square DPI (i.e., X and Y of different values)?

The QickPdf libary can't do it.
I wonder why you want to do that.
What you ca do is render the pdf in a file or stream and use an other way to strech the bitmap on the display or printing device. You can use StretchBlt api, for example.

Well, the reason I'd want to do it is because a CCITT fax page is 203x196 DPI (for "hi res" faxes), not 200x200.

To send faxes, you need a spécial tif file (CITTG3), and our library can't produce tifs. So you have to use a specilized imaging library. Such libraries can modify the resolution X / Y independantly .

Yes, that's understood. For my purposes, I don't want to directly send the output of the rendered PDF, so I don't need to go directly to CCITT TIFF, but it would still be nice to be able to adjust the X/Y resolution independently.
