   Hello
I got a file from customer, use qp.Getpagetext extract mess text like 'ÃÃƒÃƒÃ–Ã¤Ã•Ã£ Ã¢Ã¤Ã”Ã”ÃÃ™Ã¨', the origin text is 'ACCOUNT SUMMARY', copy from adobe reader and that is OK. 
can this be fix? 
I can provide the file.

	Hi Purple! Which lib-version you're using? The sense of this forum here is more like help each other (user to user). So here's no upload option but you can try one of the free file hosters and post the link here. If you could post the relevant code here helping could be easier ;-) There are more than one extract options did you try them all? You should spend some ideas regarding "unicode, utf8, utf16,...) 	Hi! For me it's impossible to extract the text, too. What i'm wondering if i look INTO ther pdf is this one: /Producer (Quick PDF Library 8.16 \(www.quickpdflibrary.com\)) /Creator (Quick PDF Library 8.16 \(www.quickpdflibrary.com\)) /CreationDate (D:20130329101338+08'00') /ModDate (D:20130329101338+08'00') /Doc#20Creator (A-pdf PageMasterPro) I think it's YOUR pdf?
