Any ideas on using QuickPdf to create a PDF from a MS Offic (eg Word) document?
I would like to use QuickPDF from within a macro or AddIn.
 
Otherwise any suggestions on any other toolkit?

No chance ...
In this case FreePDF should be your first choice.
