Unable to remove password security using Decrypt

   Hi,
I'm unable to fully remove security from PDF v1.7 files using decryptfile, I can encrypt the files fine, but decrypt only resets permissions to default, but doesn't remove the password security. On PDF v1.6 encrypt/decrypt works great.

Is there a function in the library to "re-author" PDF v1.7 to PDF v1.6 ?
Alternatively, how can the decrypt issue with v1.7 files be fixed?

Any advice?
