Is There any option in quick pdf to merge multiple Images into a single image? If so please help me .

Hi Gerald!

This has nothing to do with pdf. I think it's more a question about images ;-)
What you want are single images into a multiple tiff.

With QuickPDF you can make images to pdf and then merging these single pdf-files to a bigger one - but that's not what you want. You need a component like pic2tiff or image2tiff.
