Hey People. I'm looking to replace a PDF library that was recently "depreciated" and stumbled on QuickPDF. Which seems to have suffered the same fate. But on the off chance, is it possible to obtain a legit license for this product?

Thanks for your time (and probably for answering this question for the 10,000th time)

To keep it short: No ;-)
But perhaps you wanna stay in contact.
Who knows what's going on in the future?
It always depends on what you wanna do with the library... it still could be a good tool for you.
Actually official support from Foxit has stopped since a year now.
You can't buy a licence from Foxit anymore. Perhaps you're able to get/buy a used licence...
