The function AddTextMarkupAnnotation always return 0

code

retval = PDFLibrary.AddTextMarkupAnnotation(0, 50, 150, 50, 20)

Note: Markup Type

0 = Highlight (Not working always return 0)

1 = Underline (Working)

2 = Squiggly (Working)

3 = Strike out (Working)
