What is the highest pdf document version supported by the library (current version 13.12 produces pdf with version 1.4)

Hi,

1.7 is possible with older versions than 13.12 as well.
You can set the version number with SetInformation but this is only a number ... nothing more.
1.4 means 128 bit des encryption - QuickPDF since few years is able to produce pdf-documents with 256 bit aes encryption as well and this means pdf-version 1.7.
