During execution of the application we'r facing : "Class not registered".

We re-installed the software on a Win2012-server.
But the error still appears.

Which application?  Do you mean an application you have built using the QuickPDF library?  If so, the other users here will need to know as a minimum, which version of QuickPDF you are using and which language you have used to build your application, in order to help you.  Also, assuming you can run your program under a debugger, what library function are you calling when the error occurs. or does the problem occur on program load?

If you are using the ActiveX version of QuickPDF, then the most likely cause is that the ActiveX DLL itself has not been registered.  Have you registered it as described in GettingStarted.PDF in the ACTIVEX folder created on installation of QuickPDF?

Hi Jannes,

cause you're not answering i assume that you're using the wrong version of the QuickPDF library.
The version you're using doesn't match to your developement environment.
Please check the online documents regarding the first steps:
http://www.debenu.com/products/development/debenu-pdf-library/help/tutorials/
