Hi,

I can not find any imprint of your file host on the page there - that's why i don't dare to download your pdf.
But anyway what shall be the sense of downloading a propably mal formed pdf?
It should be better to post your code here which produced this problem-pdf ;-)
So we have a chance to help ...

There are no errors in the code.
Text prints without errors
On other printers prints without errors.
Where do I download the file?

Already 30 different users complained about it. They have different printers.

Okay... i've done the download of the pdf-file color.pdf.
It's a pdf created with PScript5.dll Version 5.2 and made by Acrobat Distiller 7.0 (Windows).
I've tested the preview function with my app PDF-Analyzer (made with QuickPDF) and i did a print out with my app as well.
The printer is a Brother DCP-J152W and the printout was fine :)
Codepages, language settings, and so on can't be the problem 'cause there's only an image on the pdf.
I don't understand what's your problem. Sorry.
This have nothing to do with QuickPDF...

You know that this here is a forum from users to help users?
Due to this i don't want to install an additional driver on my system.
You show us a pdf which can't be printed by some printers.
You don't tell us anything about the process of the printout (which application starts the printout... which application calls the printer?).
The pdf isn't made by QuickPDF.
You don't want to post your code here...
So what do you want?! For me the thread ends here. Bye, bye...

Why can not I add images to the forum?
I'm typing through
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Debenu \ PDF Library \ Demo \ DebenuPDFLibraryDemo.exe
No code, it's Debenu
Support can not solve this.

Maratovich,

with the description of your problem so far NOBODY will be able to help you.
It seems that your coded functionality behind your print-button won't work.
The support has best contact to the developers of QuickPDF - we are only users of the libraryand didn't made similar experiences like you.
You don't want to post your code?
So you should stop NOW.

If, as you say, you can reproduce the problem with the supplied demo script utility, then really the only people to contact for help are the developers of the library.  I suggest that you open a support case and ask them to look at it.  Most members of this user forum, like me, do not have the resources to know what may be the cause, or the time or the equipment to investigate it.

In my experience using the library for several years, there have been edge cases where particular PDF constructs (or even external issues such as drivers) have caused us problems.  In the majority of cases these issues have been fixed in a library upgrade.  I would also suggest that you try the latest release, and also try rendering the document to print with the alternative renderer available in the latest releases.  This may solve the problem for you.

There is no my code.
This is the developer code
See the library installation file.

The latest version has a similar error. I checked on the latest version.
I wrote to the developers.

This is the last cry of a drowning man. I am writing here so that the support knows that we are still trying to use the library, but we can get away from it if there are no corrections of the old versions.

Thanks to all !

His pdf-sample is an absolutely easy made pdf according to an older standard with only one image as content and no further text.
This pdf can be rendered without any special tricks on any printer.
Maybe the demo script has an error but this shouldn't stop developing own applications.
BTW: Maratovich has told already that support couldn't help him ;-)
