I *think* FormField Flags is what I am looking for.

There has been a change in the way form fields are flattened between version ) and later ones. One of the changes was a fix to issue I raised back in the day (namely that after flattening a field where the text overflowed any resulting rendering would display the overflowed text as well - that was fixed).

The other one, where I have the issue, is text alignment. In the older library when a field had the Multi line flag set and there was only one line it flattened in the same way as a field that didn't have the Multi line flags set (i.e vertical centre).

In the later libraries this isn't the case and the text aligns slightly lower which is an issue when you have a row of fields. I'm sure that the later way of doing things is correct.

Anyway, what I am trying to do is turn off the multi line flag in code and assume that the SetFormFieldFlags is the way to do it, but I can't find any documentation "The new value of the flags. Consult the PDF specification for further details."

anyone have a link to the required docs?

Thanks

You just need to set the method arguments - which makes it easy
