I'm using cairo.dll to render the .bmp image from a pdf but when I use SetCairoFileName() it returns 0 (not valid).

GDI+ is not working on Windows Server 2012.

... but you can install GDI+ if it's missing?

There are 32- and 64-bit-versions...
