We are adding icons to form buttons and after we have processed the pdf doc and load it into full acrobat we are always prompted to save the document as it has changed.

We have tried setting the setNeedAppearances to true and false and we have also rebuilt the apearance stream for all of the fields using the UpdateAppearanceStream method with no luck.

Any ideas?
