When using QuickPDF v.0911 optional content groups are always visible, either when I use:

SetOptionalContentGroupVisible(SomeOCG, 0);

SetOptionalContentGroupPrintable(SomeOCG, 0);

I'm Using Visual C# 2010. Using the same code I've changed library version from 0911 to 0816 and it works fine. Has the 0911 version a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Your problem seems to be an error and so you should post it on the official support pages.
One last idea: Has the functionality changed between the two versions?
