I tried using RenderDocumentToFile under Delphi XE2 (Compiled for 64bit) to render to TIFF either using Option 7 or 10 but only managed to get single TIFF File per Rendered Page. Is there a way to generate MultiPage TIFF instead ?

In the reference there's nothing written that all pdf-pages could be rendered into ONE tiff.
Perhaps you can use another third party tool to combine the rendered tiff-files into one at the end of the process?
