Is it possible to create pdf editor to edit text in real time using quickpdf library? Also can I create pdf reader with text select option (do not want to render the pages as image)?

PDF files are not really designed to be edited and it would be quite difficult to develop a PDF editor with any PDF toolkit unless it was specifically designed to edit PDF files. I am not aware of any SDK's or libraries for PDF editing.
