Hi!

There's no pdf-lib with the described functionality.
Things like this you should do with the shell command of your programming language.
Then the same happens like doubleclicking on a pdf-document in the explorer.
If you've linked pdf-extensions with the acrobat reader then this one will open the pdf.

After document completion and QuickPDF.Free you can do something like...
ShellExecute(hinstance,'open',PChar('c:\temp\sample.pdf'),nil,nil,SW_SHOWNORMAL);

Cheers and welcome here,
Ingo

ShellExecute or soemthing similar is the easy option.

In C#

  System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("file.pdf");

In c

  system("file.pdf");

Each compiler and language has a different method for opening a document.

ShellExecute came in useful for one of my Delphi tests - Note :  it requires ShellApi added to the uses section.
