Hi Everyone,

We've excited to announce that a new major version of Quick PDF Library has been released.

The new version, Quick PDF Library 8, contains lots of new features, including PDF/A compliant output, 256-bit AES encryption and more.

Upgrading to Quick PDF Library 8

Embarcadero has released the 64-bit compiler for Delphi so we've started work on a 64-bit version of Quick PDF Library and have made good progress so far. A 64-bit version of Quick PDF Library will be released in version 8.12 or 8.13, but if you buy version 8.11 now then you will receive a free upgrade when the 64-bit version is released.

Congratulations to you, Karl and the whole team!
QuickPDF speeds up more and more.
A 64-bit-version will be a big step on the ladder of success.

We'll hopefully have the 64-bit beta version out on Monday, which will support Delphi XE2 32-bit and 64-bit. The ActiveX and DLL editions will also be 64-bit compatible. We've got Quick PDF Library compiling with Delphi XE 32-bit and 64-bit and now it's just a matter of testing every part of the library to make sure that the 64-bit functions as expected.

We can't wait to get the 64-bit version out in the wild. It'll be an exciting day.
