guys need help i am tryng to recover text from following file but i am not getting exact text i want font & pdf can be downloaded from links below

Hi!
Don't use Rapidshare for things like this. I've downloaded the tiff-file and now (for the pdf) i can't use it for free ;-)
For your issue there could be many issues: --> The used font is very special but it's not embedded in the pdf and you don't have this font local installed. --> If the pdf was made with an old version of PDFCreator (which uses a very old ghostscript library then textextraction can fail completely.

i do have the font even i have more PDF here is pdf info

Hi!
Old versions of crystal reports can raise some errors, too. What i'm seeing: The file is optimized (for fast web access). Load it, save it (now it's no more optimized) and then do the extraction with the saved version.
