Hi Support,

Sometimes we need to use CombineLayers to keep the contents of the pages.

And sometimes, when we use this method, the file which is created is very huge.

For example, we have a file with 2000 pages, about 32 Mb. We add some texts on some pages and we save the file. If we use Combine Layers, the file size is about 193 Mb. If we don't use it, the file size is about 32 Mb. And it seems that the contents are the same in both cases. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the file because it is quite confidential.

So, I would like to know when CombineLayers is really needed.

I have another question : if we do not modify a page, is it necessary to select it and do CombineLayers before saving ?

Louis
