I just downloaded the library to evaluate and I am trying to add an outline using :

QP.NewOutline(0, "test", 1, 1)

(I'm working in Excel VBA)

I expected this bookmark to take me to the top of page 1 of the document, but it actually takes me to the top of page 2.  Thinking that maybe the page start at zero,  I tried changes the page parameter to zero, but then the bookmark doesn't work at all (it gets added, but does nothing when clicked). What am I missing?

Additionally, I'm wondering what the destPosition parameter represents.  Is it a percentage of how far down the page you want to point or is it a count of something such as lines, or pixels?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

By default the page origin is set to the bottom of the page, so you need to SetOrigin(1) to point to the top of the page instead.

Hi!

Using the search function here you'll find this one from THYA. At the end there are interesting things regarding your case:

Thanks for the help.  Using setorigin fixed the issue.  Sorry I didn't find the previous post on this topic when I did my search.  Smile
