I realize that QuickPDF cannot read jbig2 compressed PDF files. I see from older posts that some people were working on providing that feature.

What ever became of that?

Hi!

This library has a very long history and an exiting story behind the scenes ;-)
What happened in the past is the past.
The current situation is that the library and its developement is in professional hands.
New developemnts and features are in a sequence and will be implemented one after the other.
The main current point seems to be unicode support... after this the other things will come.
Each user needs other things ... time will come and jbig2 will be supported ;-)
