Hello I am looking at using QuickPDF in my Delphi App, but I am having a problem with it rending some PDFs. I emailed some samples to customer <dot> service <dot> qpl (at) quickpdflibrary <dot> com Tuesday morning (CST) but have not heard anything back. Is there another way I can get help on these documents? I am running QuickPDF 7.15 BTW in Delphi 2007.
Thanks Bern

Hi Bern!
Perhaps it's better to describe the probs here more detailed. Is it possible for you to upload the pdf-files anywhere on your webspace - so that we can have access? Perhaps then we can help.
Cheers, Ingo

Sure thing, you can get the PDFs from http://www.exitcare.com/downloads/ProblemPDFs/ There are also 2 PNG files in that folder, one from adobe and one from QuickPDF, they will prob be better then me describing the problem.
Thanks for your help Bern

Hi Bern!
I've sent an email in this case to Karl and Rowan from Debenu. It's like it is ... but the internal developement is always a bit further than the published versions so i think one of the next versions of the library will fix this behavior, too.
I myself do rendering like this: // . . . try QP.UnlockKey('MyKey'); QP.LoadFromFile(fstring); If ( QP.Encrypted > 0 ) Then QP.Unencrypt; QP.RenderPageToStream(72,page,1,test_stream,1,0); finally QP.Free; end; test_stream.Seek(0,0); jpg.LoadFromStream (test_stream); Form1.image1.Picture.Assign(jpg); test_stream.Clear; // . . .
Cheers, Ingo
