I have tried to use the above to call the "Bookmarks" menu item on opening a pdf file.

I am not sure if this is the right function to use or whether I have the wrong menu item or even if it is possible to achieve what I am trying to achieve.

However, when I create pdf documents with outline they always open with bookmarks hidden. I have noticed that the isePDF help file also opens with bookmarks shown even if I hide the bookmarks before closing it.

Is there some way of achieving this with my own pdfs.

Hi Mark!

Function "SetPageMode" should be your choice i think.
