PDF won't convert to image

   I'm using QuickPDF version 7.23 (QuickPDFDLL0723.dll) in an application that converts PDFs to image files using the RenderDocumentToFile method.  A user has a PDF that won't convert.  I just get a plain white image file when I convert it.  

I loaded the PDF into Adobe Acrobat and it loaded
fine.  It gave the following information about the file:

PDF Producer: deskPDF 2.59
PDF Version: 1.3 (Acrobat 4.x)
Tagged PDF: no
Fast Web View: No

deskPDF 2.59 appears to be the current release of
that product according to http://www.docudesk.com/download.asp.

I've put a copy of the PDF up at http://www.danhite.com/temp/1.pdf.  Any ideas why this PDF won't convert?

	It renders fine to a bitmap in 9.13.
