Merge Document/Form fields

   I have a document which contains radio buttons. When I try to merge another document with it there's an error for some reason (i.e. the mergedocument function returns zero). Also if I have a blank document then merge a document with radio buttons in it (which does work) I can not add radio button form fields to the new combined document. I need to be able to add radio buttons to the combined document. Any ideas?

	Do they merge correctly using pdftk? (If you don't have pdftk, it's free and available here: http://www.accesspdf.com/pdftk/ )
