I posted a message to this forum almost a week ago and at the same time reported a bug for what looks like a serious flaw in text extraction.  So far there has been no response to either.
 
I notice other messages in this forum have produced no response for a week or so.
 
Is there a problem at Quick PDF (Debenu) or some holday we don't know about?

This is a user to user forum. So some people may know what your issue is and others may not. People respond here when they have time. If you need faster response try submitting a support ticket on their main support page. But before doing that I would suggest using the search feature for the forum and see if your question has already been answered before.

Hi Mike4ql,

As Wheeley mentioned this is a user-to-user forum and while Debenu employees do occasionally respond to stuff on here, the place to get direct support is through our contact form.

Side note -- Ingo is the primary expert Quick PDF user who is most present on this forum, but unfortunately he is in hospital at the moment with a broken leg after a bike accident, so things have been a bit quiet the past couple of weeks. I'll go through the forums now and respond to unanswered questions to keep things ticking along.

And with regards to the health of Debenu, we've just acquired the number #1 PDF news and resource site, Planet PDF (www.planetpdf.com), so we're doing pretty well. :-)
