Install IIS Server on Windows 7

   Can anyone explain how to install Quick Library 9 on an IIS server running on Windows 7 64bit? 

I've registered the "ActivX" dll and tried to run the PHP sample code (after adding my license key) but all I get is a  blank response page. 

By commenting out the Quick Library code I can get the page to load and run with some basic PHP echo code -- so I know the PHP page is loadable....

BTW: My the DLL I'm using is version "DebenuPDFLibraryAX0911.dll"
