ised.tlb ised_tlb.pas help required

   We are source code owners and we have created some new functions using the source code.
The dll compiles and builds but it is using the old ised.tlb file.
We are new to delphi 7 and are unfamiliar with how to update the required files so our new functions are available in the newly created ised.dll.
We looked in the ised_tlb file and our functions were not in it.  We manually added the function declarations to the ised_tlb.pas file but no luck
we tried the tlibimp command line file but the generted ised_tlb.pas still did not contain the new function declarations.
Any ideas on what we are doing wrong.
