Manually Drawing an Annotation in the Viewer

   Hi All - Viewer 12 is blazing fast yeah!  I am trying to allow my users to manually draw an annotation on the Viewer image, with pagemousedown etc.  I can do it - click and hold, draw box, release mouse and place annotation works okay (although trapping which mouse button and a shift key would be cool - us Window users are so demanding) but the one bug I have is that the window wants to scroll as I move the mouse so the functionality is a bit impaired because the image keeps moving.  If I turn off user input, the pagemouse functions don't seem to work.  Thoughts?
Note: being able to program my own right click popup menu would also be very cool.
