I am working on an invoice sorting and mailing program. Currently I am extracting addresses from each invoice, a large pdf, and sending those addresses to be verified by the US post office. The US post office then returns a verified address and Intelligent Mail barcode. Occasionally the verified addresses are different from the original address and need to be changed on the invoice. How do you edit text in PDFs using QuickPDF?
Thanks

PDF text is not designed to be edited. Text can be drawn using drawing commands and can be out of order, drawn 1 character at a time or all in one line, it can even be drawn backwards. There are so many ways that text can be drawn in a PDF that it is very difficult to write a program to allow PDF text editing. Such programs do exist though. Andrew.
