PDF to TIFF conversion is not working

   we are trying to convert the document from PDF to TIFF (options as 10 - G4 TIFF output)
but it's not generating actual tif files instead of generating blank TIFF files with size is 1KB.

tried both method RenderDocumentToFile & RenderPageToFile  with option as 10 = TIFF (G4) output but it's working with option 7 as LWZ

we are looking for G4 TIFF compression  after converting from PDF to TIFF

Development OS : Win 2003 Server
QuickPDF Library is 8.14 & 8.15

Could you please help me on this

	Option 10 for RenderPageToFile only works with GDI+ v 1.1 which means it will not work on Windows XP or Server 2003. It works well on Vista, Win7 and Server 2008. One option is to use a library such as LibTIFF from http://libtiff.org to convert the LZW file to Group4. Andrew.
