Hello from Portugal
How can I get the image Left and top position without using Direct access. 
I'm using C# + ActiveX.
Any help will be apreciated.

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to get the left / top position of an image in a PDF without using the direct access functions at the moment. We'll look at adding support for this feature in the regular functions in a future release.
