DLL version and Uniocode

I try 7.19 dll version with c++builder 2010.

Is documentation is write about GetPageText function:
"The result is encoded using UTF-8 in the Delphi and DLL editions of the library."
But in c++ the result is std::string and in delphi it is AnsiString.
How can I use Quick Pdf Library (with C++Builder 2010) with pdf which contains unicode/utf8 text?
