PDF files themselves do not have a discrete DPI resolution like a 300 dpi TIFF does. All measurements in a PDF are floating point numbers so a PDF in theory is infinite DPI depending on the accuracy of your computer.
You may be referring to the images within a PDF file which can have a DPI. Quick PDF Library doesn't have any features to re-sample and change the DPI of the images within a PDF file.
