As far as i know, it is not possible to save an image included in a pdf.

You can extract images from PDF using QuickPDF. The process is like this: 1. LoadFromFile your PDF in QuickPDF. 2. Get total number of images in selected PDF file using FindImages 3. In a FOR loop from 1 to result of FindImages, select the image using SelectImage. It takes the Image ID which is nothing but your FOR loop variable here. 4. SaveImageToFile ... to save image. There is a problem in QuickPDF though. When I tested this method, it slices a few images in PDF at the time of extracting. I've already sent an email to support and waiting for their reply on this issue. |
