Flatten annotation issues

Hi, I'm using Debenu Viewer SDK 12 control for custom PDF management application. 
I'm trying to flatten stamp annotation but it constantly dissapears after FlattenAnnot function is applied. FlattenAnnot returns valid result (1).

I have been trying fix this using NormalizePage and SetOrigin functions but it didn't help.

I have found out that if I change the color of stamp annotation in some other viewer (eg FoxIt or Adobe - right mouse click- Properties,it doesn't affect appearance) , annotation starts to behave "normally" - it flattens withot problems.

Have you had any similar problems?
