Embedd Fonts with Codepage in a existing PDF

Good Day!

We have the following Problem (and hope we can solve this with quickpdf): We create reports with Crystal Reports an export this Reports with Crystal Reports to PDF. Crystal Reports does embed the Fonts - but not with an specific codepage. And there is no way to change this in Crystal. This is a Problem because an other system by the German Post can only work with a specific codepage.

How can I change the Codepage from embeded (this is a translation from german 'mitgeliefert' - I dont know the correct englisch name) to ANSI with QuickPDF Libary?
