Is there a way to set the 3D & Multimedia option for "Optimization Scheme For Low Framerate" to "None" when we generate the PDF file?

Not at the moment.    Is this part of the Acrobat properties or the PDF itself ?

It is a setting on the Preferences/3D & Multimedia dialog.
