Annotation Flattening

   In Acrobat, there is an option that allows you to flatten the PDF document 100%. None of the annotations or form fields are select-able or editable. I see in the QPDF documentation that you can flatten the form fields but what about the annotations? Is there a way to flatten a box you drew on the PDF or something along those lines?
