LoadFromFile don't work

   Dear Sirs,
with a particular (?) file, the LoadFromFile method don't work.

Executing the line 

   nLoadedPdf = PDFLibrary.LoadFromFile(sTempPdf)

result in nLoadedPdf equals to 0.

Since PDF file to load exist, why method don't work ?
PDF file is encrypted.
I try to decrypt it with a utility but also decrypted version is not loaded by the method.

Problem happen with 7.13 and also with 7.17 versions of QuickPdf Library.

	I decrypt it with AnyBizSoft PDF Password Remover and non LoadFromFile return 1 but any use of SetFormFieldValueByTitle raise error 3265.

	RESOLVED! I also decryt it via QuickPDF Tools and after I realized that error 3265 was not a QuickPDF Library error but a VB6 error. So, initial problem was bad decryption. Best regards.
