duplex printing, upside down pages

A question,  I have an 19 page pdf, when I use adobe acroreader and print to a printer, the pages are duplexed and all pages are right side up, when I use the quicklb to print, all pages are duplex, but every other page is printed upside down!  Does anyone know why this happens, or how to correct the issue?
