You could always unencrypt the file on disk using iSED's own function and leave PDFTK out of the picture.

I looked on your sample an here it opens but unencrypt uses about 700MB of memory. As far as I can see there is nothinmg you can do here: unencrypt loads all objects to memory and as it is an incremental PDF maybe also more then one time (didn't checked this).
Mayby it helps to unencrypt the file using PDFTK and work with that copy. Have you tried that?

Hello,
When I use Unencrypt method, I get the "Out Of Memory" error on some PDF files.
