With my tool PDF-Analyzer (it's freeware) i can extract both files without problems.
You can try it, too.
I've sent a mail to you attaching the two text-files.
Perhaps you should send your code with the extract function to me ... perhaps i can "see something" ;-)

HI,
 
I use v5.21 and try to extract text from a PDF, it work fine with someone and not with other, the ISED produce error:
 
Exception: Memory access Violation
Program tried to read or write an invalid memory address
 
 
Any idea!!!
