I think you didn't read the reference first?
Okay... i'm doing the search for you...
Here's the documentation of the relevant function DrawBarcode:
https://www.debenu.com/docs/pdf_library_reference/DrawBarcode.php
Add one of these three options to your barcodestring:
/RC = Rotate clockwise
/RA = Rotate anti-clockwise
/RU = Rotate 180 degrees
Here you'll find a sample:
https://www.debenu.com/kb/add-a-barcode-to-a-pdf/
Check the second barcode.
It's rotated 90 degrees.
BTW: This sample is in the developer guide as well...
