I do not have 16.13, but when I search in "Foxit Quick PDF Library 16.11 Reference Guide.pdf" this function shows up in the Document Management group.  Same in 17.11.

can someone let me have a link to the ReduceSize method referred to in product updates list (https://www.debenu.com/products/development/debenu-pdf-library/updates/) for Quick PDF Library 16.13?

I've searched for it but can't find it.
